For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the power of the mind and the ways we can unlock our fullest potential. That curiosity led me to immerse myself in the study of transformation, and to empower others with the tools I discovered. 

I discovered that true transformation doesn’t have to be hard. Meditation and hypnosis opened the door to lasting calm, confidence, and joy. That experience inspired me to share these practices with others. 

Over a decade ago, I became a certified hypnotist and joined the National Guild of Hypnotists. Since then, I’ve expanded my training with certifications in NeuroLinguistic Programming and life coaching, and earned a Master’s in Metaphysics and a PhD in Conscious Business Ethics from the University of Sedona. My academic work explored how meditation builds resilience and how conscious‑centered living transforms the workplace, research that continues to guide the way I teach and support others today. 

Credentials matter, but what truly sets my work apart is how I live what I teach. I use meditation and affirmations daily, and I work with individuals and groups to empower transformation on both conscious and subconscious levels. The results are consistent: individuals feel more focused, balanced, confident, and connected to their purpose. My approach is simple, practical, and sustainable. What type of guided meditation will I access in this membership?

Every month, you’ll unlock a new guided meditation recording hosted online. Each audio experience combines gentle spoken visualization with soft background music. All you need to do is relax, you’ll be guided through a progressive relaxation that eases each muscle group one by one, followed by a themed visualization aligned with the monthly focus. Each month brings a brand‑new meditation, replacing the previous recording so the experience always feels fresh and connected to the current theme.

How much time should I set aside each day or week?

Each guided meditation recording is approximately 30 minutes long. Because the subconscious mind processes through visualization and learns best with repetition, members often find it most effective to listen daily. You’ll just need a quiet place free from distractions and interruptions, and bedtime is a favorite routine for many. You can access the recording as often as you like throughout the month, and plenty of members make it a simple daily habit that deepens results over time.
